Registration

Registration will begin at 8:45 AM and end at 9:45 AM in the front lobby of the Palace of Fine Arts Theatre. Please be sure to download or print your Eventbrite ticket. An email reminder with your ticket will be emailed to you two days prior to our gathering.

Seating

Our gathering is SOLD OUT!! We ask that everyone please move in and fill each row closest to the center. The auditorium will be filled in two sections from front to back. Those who cannot come at the beginning of the program can expect to be seated toward the back.

Program

The program will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. Please be registered by 9:45 AM and ready for a full day of inspiration and joyful marching orders. Lunch will be served in the afternoon, but no additional breaks will be offered.

We encourage everyone to stay for the entire program. At 3:00 PM, we will be closing the doors to the theatre, no admittance will be allowed thereafter.

Water Bottles

Please bring your refillable water bottles. We are not offering bottled water and want to promote an eco/environmentally-friendly space. We will have two water bar stations provided by U.S. Pure Water to refill your water bottles throughout the day. The Palace of Fine Arts Theatre does not allow any open liquid containers, so please make sure yours has a lid.

Lunch

A boxed lunch is included in your ticket and will be provided by Farm Hill. A vegetarian option will be available. Coffee will also be served thanks to our generous sponsor, Tartine Manufactory. Keep an eye out for yummy granola bars from Awesome Bars! We encourage you to bring a picnic blanket, make a friend, and take your box lunch to the Palace of Fine Arts rotunda or around the pond. However, please be mindful of time as lunch will only be one hour. 

Food is NOT allowed in the auditorium.

Vendors

A small market will be set-up in the lobby with resistance goodies ranging from t-shirts, books, posters, and jewelry. Vendors accept both cash and credit card.

Waitlist

You can join the waitlist for tickets here.

If you know you cannot attend, please let us know immediately. We have a number of fiery activists who will gladly snap up an open seat. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
